Get Best Axial Flow Fan - Manufacturers and Supplier in India
Our range of axial flow fans boasts a diverse array of standard designs, each tailored to meet a wide range of volume flow rate/pressure combinations for various installations. The impeller hub-diameter ratios, a key factor in our designs, enable us to cater to a multitude of requirements.
The specific design of a fan is intricately tied to its intended installation. Physical properties like pressure, volume flow rate, and temperature, along with operational conditions and installation location, play pivotal roles The fan dimensions are chiefly influenced by the motors and accessories in use.
Our fan selection graphs facilitate a swift choice among the axial flow fans typically employed at 50 Hz. They furnish details on fan type, size, motor pole count, shaft power, and sound power.
The quick selection charts and monogrammed sheets, alongside our dimension sheets, offer an overview of commonly used axial flow fans. Beyond the standard fans showcased, we also manufacture numerous special designs, including but not limited to explosion-proof fans, pump room fans, shock-proof fans, smoke extract fans, and jet fans. The axial flow fan design is characterized by casing length, fan diameter (inner dimension), casing thickness, motor/terminal box design, and accessories. All our axial flow fans can be supplied with a standard 2 to 10 mm casing gauge and a diameter ranging from 250 mm to 2800 mm.
The choice of gauge is dictated by the fan's application and location. For instance, 2 to 4 mm is common in normal industrial installations, 3 to 6 mm below deck on ships, and 8 to 10 mm above deck or in heavy-duty industrial applications.
The specifications of the installation dictate the design. For various applications, the designs A and G (GT for jet fans) with a long casing are commonly employed, providing full motor enclosure and an external terminal box. Design A features a service access for minor servicing, while design GD (GDT) in the case of G has an inlet cone instead of a flange for free inlet.
For ventilation applications where a small fan is mounted in a duct system, the designs D and W (DD and WD with inlet cone for free inlet) with a short fan casing are preferred.

In installations requiring frequent access to the impeller or motor without disassembling the entire system, design B or W, WD is recommended. These designs feature a swing-out type access door, facilitating easy service and maintenance.
Fans with free inlet operation, such as DD or E, should be chosen for applications where a bell mouth design is essential.
While all fans can be reversed in principle, those with an R (e.g., GDR) are nearly 100% reversible, thanks to special impellers and other features.
For installations where the motor cannot be in the airflow, designs S or T are offered. These designs, using a V-belt drive, are suitable for applications with highly flammable gases or material transport fans. Design S mounts the motor on the fan casing itself, while design T places the motor on a separate base frame.
